Upon seeing this land for the first time ...
 
 
... we had a vision ...
 
 
  The old building on the property was left uninhabited for over 40 years. Its mehrab style windows and intricate stone carvings have been the inspiration for all of the recent works done on the property up to this day.  
 
 
  The main entrance is a reflection of the old haveli and was built on a grand scale to give importance to the old structure.  
 
 
  Our first mission after buying the property was to build a boundary wall around the entire ???sq.mtr. of land. This task was completed in 20 days with a labour force of over 100 people. It was important for us that the wall blend into its surroundings and not impose on the land around us.  
 
 
  A general clean up of the property was undertaken as well as the façade of the haveli, and repairs were made on the old stone work.  
 
 
  Renovations began on the stables and store rooms in January 2001. These existing structures were transformed into living quarters for our family. Roofs were raised to bring in natural light; stone flooring was laid down to mimick the old stone ceiling; and the rooms were doubled in size allowing us more living space.  
 
 
  Where there is a well, there is always a wish! Ours was to create a large body of water to live in during the hot summer months. After living in the desert for 12 years, building a pool was the ultimate in luxury.  
 
 
  Before starting on a project we always invite our clients to come and visit our property. It is important for them understand the attention we pay to each and every detail that goes into every part of our work.  
 
 
 
  The thrill of owning a heritage property is that it never stops evolving. It is a living project that needs constant attention and care, challenging our strength and determination everyday!
